Is The Baby Brezza Bottle Sterilizer Dryer Worth It?

When Maddie was born, we were very unprepared. We may have had a bottle or two in the house, but because she came early (like 4 weeks) and we missed ALL the baby showers, we did not have any other bottles when we got home from the hospital.

Naturally, being the ever so wonderful dad I am (hah), I went to the store to pick up a couple packs of different bottles. I purchased several different brands such as Avent and Playtex, but ultimately we settled on the Tommee Tippee bottles. The Tommee Tippee Bottles have worked the best for us so far. Anyway, I digress; when I got home with these bottles, I realized they needed to be washed and sterilized, then dried. Say what?! That was a lot more work than I thought it was going to be. I was not exactly sure how to sterilize a bottle, but then I remembered my mom sterilizing baby bottles for my younger siblings. She would get a stainless steel pot and boil the water and put bottles, nipples, collars and lids in the pot. Of course, I tried this and yes it did worked, but it was quite the pain in the arse and took a lot longer than I would have liked.

So, when our newest baby was born recently, I started researching Baby Brezza’s products. i discovered they had a product called the One Step Sterilizer Dryer. [Several years before with Maddie, we purchased the Formula Pro, which is kind of like a Keurig for baby formula. I did a review of the Formula Pro several years ago - you can watch here.] As many of you have probably figured out by now, I’m a pretty avid supporter of this company. Naturally, I reached out to Baby Brezza and we mutually decided on a collaboration. I would create a video (see video at bottom of the page) and they would send me the Baby Brezza One Step Sterilizer Dryer.

The Baby Brezza One Step Sterilizer Dryer is AWESOME! Seriously, all I had to do is wash the bottles and put them in this contraption and it would do all the work while I could spend time with or helping with baby. In fact, it’s just fun to use in general. It reminds me of a vegetable steamer as the Sterilizer Dryer uses steam to sanitize your baby’s bottles. Then when that cycle is done, a fan pulls air into the machine through a filter and dries your baby bottles. When the Sterilizer Dryer is done, it will beep letting you know the bottles are ready for use. Pour up your formula or natural milk and you are good to go.

Update: The device pictured here and in the video below is the Original Baby Brezza One Step Sterilizer Dryer; however, the new version of this has recently been added to Baby Brezza’s product line. The new Baby Brezza One Step Sterilizer Dryer Advanced can hold up to 8 bottles, where the original could only hold 6 bottles. This is a game changer, because you often need about 8 bottles a day when feeding a newborn.

If you’re looking for a time saving and ease of use solution for sterilizing bottles, I very highly recommend the Baby Brezza One Step Sterilizer Dryer. While you’re at it, you might as well go ahead and get the Advanced version of this machine. It is definitely worth the money and will save you tons of time.

In the video below, I show you how to use the Baby Brezza Bottle Sterilizer and Dryer in depth. In the video, this is the first time I have ever used this Baby Brezza product. I show you how it works, the components and share a little of my own insight into using this product.
